Order Fulfillment

  • All orders are fulfilled within 1 business day of the order date.
  • Purchases made after 2 pm EST will be shipped the next business day.
  • You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipment Issues

  • If you experience issues with your shipment prior to dispatch, please email us at info@rallewatches.com for assistance.
  • If your order has been dispatched and you have received tracking information, please contact the shipping company quoting your tracking number.

Responsibility

  • Once your order has been dispatched, Rallé Watches is not responsible for any losses or damages.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided and contact the shipping company to monitor the delivery of your purchase.
  • We will assist in recovering an item to the best of our abilities, but we are unable to provide a replacement or refund until the item is successfully returned to us or confirmation of return is provided.

Duties and Taxes

  • Orders to countries outside the USA may be subject to VAT, import duties, taxes, and other fees charged by your local customs authority and/or postal courier.
  • As the customer/importer, you are responsible for settling any such fees or charges levied by your local customs office/government and/or handling agent, not Rallé Watches.
