Refund policy
At RALLEWATCHES.COM, our goal is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day refund and exchange policy from the time you receive the item. If you require more time, please contact us at info@rallewatches.com. Please note to our valued customers: Any import charges incurred by RALLÉ WATCHES will be deducted from your refund.
To qualify for an exchange or return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Please be aware that shipping costs are not included with your exchange or refund.

Damages And Issues:
Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt and promptly contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.
Refunds:
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unaltered, and including all original components, such as links, seals, warranty, papers, and any other items delivered with your order. Any alterations, engraving, service, repairs, or tampering without our approval may result in the denial of a refund.
RALLEWATCHES.COM is not responsible for return shipping costs, including any additional fees or lost packages. We recommend using a reputable courier with a tracking number and ensuring full insurance coverage for all returned items.
All returns must be accompanied by an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
How To Obtain An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization):

- Images of all items being returned Please allow up to 2 business days for us to respond with an RMA number, if applicable. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box or the delivery may be refused.
